We are organised, but we do not subscribe to a hierarchical organisational structure. Ours is a community of free-thinking, free-acting individuals who voluntarily contribute to the common good in their own different way. Everyone here is as much a leader as a servant of the community.

At the grassroots we have the self-help groups of Kshatriyas, who join together to form the Kshatriya Seva Samithi at the district level. A number of committees under the aegis of the Samithi function to implement various action plans for the betterment of the community. The Executive Committee gives direction and coordination to the activities of the Samithi.

The samithis form the spokes that join at the coordinating hub, the Federation of Kshatriya Seva Sanghams (FKSS). The FKSS can also be perceived as a tree with the samithis as branches and every member of the community as a leaf.
